For membership application, please provide:

Photocopy of IC (MYCARD) (double sided) or photocopy of birth certificate (for those below 12 years of age)
Photocopy of latest water bill or telephone bill (for verification of correspondence address)
2 copies of passport size photo / WhatsApp to library mobile no.

Rules & Regulations

  • Outstation members/ non-Malaysians (Referring to NIRC) need to pay a security deposit of RM60.00 (refundable with official receipt).
  • Borrowing a limit of 4 books/ 2 Magazines for 30 days at any one time and renewal of up to 3 times.
  • A fine of RM0.10 per day per book is imposed for late return of book and it is accumulative until the overdue book is returned.
  • For those below 12 years of age, the parent must be an active member.
